Hermes Dashboard — Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. Who We Are

Hermes Dashboard is a private, internal-use reporting tool. It connects exclusively to QuickBooks Online companies owned by the operator of this application. It has no external users, customers, or subscribers.

2. What Data Is Accessed

With the account owner's explicit OAuth authorization, the application reads accounting data (such as financial reports, invoices, and vendor/customer balances) from the owner's own QuickBooks Online companies via Intuit's official APIs.

3. How Data Is Stored and Protected

All retrieved data and OAuth tokens are stored locally on the operator's own private, access-controlled infrastructure. Data is not transmitted to, shared with, or sold to any third party. Connections to Intuit services use TLS encryption.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for internal reporting and may be deleted by the operator at any time. Revoking the app's access from the QuickBooks account settings immediately ends API access.

5. Third Parties

No third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services are used.
